Nashville Nights: Northern Indiana

Nashville Nights made its way to Northern Indiana in 2025! A Kid Again was thrilled to replicate this signature fundraising event. Nashville Nights is a fun and unique way to support Indiana families raising a child with a life-threatening condition.

A Kid Again has made the decision to take a pause on this event in 2026 but are eager to explore options to bring it back to the area in the near future!

What’s better than Nashville flavors and some of your favorite stars from Music City. The night includes a songwriters’ round with talented individuals straight from Nashville, Tennessee. They share the stories behind the lyrics they have written for notable country stars.

Nashville Nights: Northern Indiana 2025 gave us two incredible evenings, back-to-back celebrations!

Thursday night at Sylvan Cellars brought that warm, intimate feel we love. Guests enjoyed great tequila, bid on guitars and signed lyrics, and soaked in live music that made the whole evening feel special.

Huge thanks to our supporters AMI Investments and Sylvan Cellars for helping make the night unforgettable. Shoutout to our emcee, Trevor Yates, for keeping the vibe just right!

Friday night at the Pearl Street Arts Center, presented by CBIZ, kept the momentum going in the best way. Thank you to our supporters Sweetwater Sound and Lassus Oil. The music, the energy, the crowd, everything came together for another standout night supporting our families.

Emcee Charity Freeman brough so much heart and excitement to the room.

To both venues, our incredible songwriters, and our dedicated volunteers – thank you! Two nights, two amazing experiences and one community creating joyful memories for families who need them most.

Anthony Smith

Anthony Smith Is an award winning Singer/Songwriter and touring performer. His critically acclaimed debut record (If That Ain’t Country) produced three billboard top 40 singles. As a songwriter he’s won Music Row’s prestigious Breakthrough Songwriter Of The Year award, and numerous BMI, ASCAP & NSAI awards. Over 250 of his songs have been recorded and or performed by the biggest names in country music such as George Strait, Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton, Chris Stapleton, Eric Church, Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert, Trace Adkins, Faith Hill, Montgomery/Gentry, Rascal Flatts, and many more.

Dave Turnbull

After attending the United States Naval Academy Prep School and graduating from Virginia Tech University with a degree in Economics, Dave made the move to Nashville. Eleven years later he scored his first major label cut and first top ten hit with Darryl Worley’s “If Something Should Happen”. The same year Trace Adkins recorded the touching military tribute “Arlington”. Since then Dave has had has scored five #1 singles including “Where The Wild Things Are” by Luke Combs, “Lucky Man” by Montgomery Gentry, “The Boys Of Fall” by Kenny Chesney, “Old Alabama” by Brad Paisley and “Anything Like Me” also recorded by Paisley which he wrote about his oldest son, David.

The Kruse Brothers

Phoenix-based duo The Kruse Brothers, Chandler and Miles Kruse, are transforming country music with their blend of diverse influences and musical styles. Originally rooted in classical music, the brothers bring a unique sound to the genre, infusing it with elements of blues and rock. Together, they craft a vibrant and dynamic sound that balances technical precision with heartfelt emotion.  Brothers, Chandler and Miles, the band’s core, take turns as lead vocalists, creating a dynamic duo with a diverse sound ready for an expansive audience. The band’s debut EP, ‘Mountain Red’, is a tribute to their home state of Arizona.
